Do you charge a call-out fee? We do not charge a call-out fee. A minimum order may apply depending on the appointment. What happens during load shedding? We plan around scheduled outages. In the event of an unexpected power interruption, we will wait or reschedule as needed. On-Site What do I need to prepare before cleaning? Please remove small personal items from the area being cleaned. Our team will assist with light furniture where possible. How do I pay? We accept cash or EFT.
